There are cases where the expected token balances are not displaying correctly through various wallet applications. Verify your actual wallet balance using a block explorer such as Mintscan. Once a discrepancy is identified, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue

First Steps

Ensure your wallet extension and browser are up to date. Missing updates can cause balances to not display correctly. If you have ensured you are on the most recent versions, please clear your browser cache and cookies by ctrl+shift+del and selecting both of them from the list. For Mac, this can be accessed with command+shift+del. If you have checked and performed these steps and are still having issues, read on for more troubleshooting tips.

Wallet balances not displaying

If the asset balances are still not displaying, this may be a node/syncing issue with the chain in question. In Keplr wallet, this would be indicated normally with a yellow triangle next to the token you are having trouble viewing.

This can often times be resolved by changing the node settings

For Keplr, this can be found in Settings > Advanced > Change Endpoints

For leap, this option is under Settings > Custom Endpoints

Alternative RPC/GRPC options can be found through the Cosmos Directory

Trust wallet

If you are using Trust wallet with wallet balances not displaying, each chain will have several preset node options you can try. To access these, head to Settings > Preferences > Node Settings and change the currently selected Node. Unfortunately, there isn’t an ability to manually adjust or change these presets. If changing the node does not solve your issue, these problems will usually solve themselves after waiting some time
